Effective Date: October 19, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Max Grünwald ("We," "Us," or "Our") and you, the individual or entity purchasing or using Our After Effects Extension ("You" or "Your"). By downloading, installing, or using the After Effects Extension, You agree to be bound by this EULA. If You do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Extension.
After Effects Extension: Our proprietary software extension for Adobe After Effects, available through Lemon Squeezy, designed to enhance data-driven content creation.
Subscription Plan: The plan You purchase via Lemon Squeezy, specifying the number of licensed seats and usage terms.
Third-Party Software: Software included in the Extension developed by entities other than Us, as noted in the Extension’s documentation.
Authorized Sources: You must purchase and download the After Effects Extension exclusively through Lemon Squeezy, Our authorized Merchant of Record, via the checkout link on Our website. You must comply with Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
Access and Delivery: Access is granted upon purchase through Lemon Squeezy, subject to this EULA and Your Subscription Plan. The Extension is delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy’s platform.
Requirements: The Extension requires a valid Adobe After Effects license and must run on hardware and environments specified in its documentation. You are responsible for meeting these requirements, including any updates or costs.
Grant of License: Subject to Your Subscription Plan, We grant You a limited, worldwide, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the After Effects Extension as per this EULA.
Allowed Devices: You may use the Extension on the number of devices specified by the seat allocation in Your Subscription Plan.
Scope of License: The license permits use of the Extension solely within Adobe After Effects for its intended purpose, as outlined in its documentation.
Third-Party Software: The Extension may include Third-Party Software, licensed under this EULA unless otherwise specified in the documentation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or performance of Third-Party Software and disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Us.
Lawful Use: You must use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any illegal activity or to transmit unlawful content.
Content Ownership: You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content You create or process using the Extension.
Export Compliance: You must not use, export, or re-export the Extension in violation of applicable export control laws or to sanctioned entities.
License Checks: The Extension may require periodic license verification. You are strictly prohibited from manipulating, modifying, bypassing, reverse engineering, or using any tools to circumvent, disable, or bypass the Extension’s licensing mechanisms or code protection systems.
Updates: We may provide updates to improve the Extension. This EULA applies to updates unless We specify otherwise. We are not obligated to provide updates or technical support and are not liable for any issues arising from updates or their absence.
Term: This EULA begins upon purchase and continues until terminated as per Your Subscription Plan or this EULA.
Termination: We may terminate this EULA if You breach its terms and fail to remedy the breach within 10 days of notice. Upon termination, You must cease using the Extension.
Trial Period: If a trial is offered, it lasts 30 days from download. Post-trial, access requires a paid Subscription Plan. We are not liable for any data loss post-trial.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the After Effects Extension, including all Intellectual Property Rights. You must not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Extension.
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the Extension.
As-Is: The Extension is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability: We are not liable for any damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from Your use of the Extension, even if advised of such possibilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not obligated to provide technical support or assistance.
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from Your breach of this EULA, violation of laws, or misuse of the Extension.
Entire Agreement: This EULA, together with Our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the Extension and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
Adobe Compliance: You must maintain a valid Adobe After Effects license and comply with Adobe’s terms of service and licensing agreements. We are not responsible for Adobe’s terms or any issues arising from Your Adobe licensing.
Refunds and Payments: All payment processing, billing, and refund policies are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies as Our Merchant of Record. We do not directly handle refunds or payment disputes.
Legal Notices: Legal notices, DMCA takedown requests, or other formal communications should be sent to hello@dataflow.ae. We will respond to legitimate legal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Feedback and Suggestions: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas You provide about the Extension become Our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to You.
Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
Amendments: We may update this EULA with 30 days’ notice via Our website or Lemon Squeezy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Assignment: You may not assign this EULA without Our consent. We may assign it without notice.
